It's hard to rate Costanoa as a whole since it has a lodge, spa, tent bungalows, rv camping, tent camping etc. This review is for their tent camping: Did some tent camping here over the weekend, the night prior to an elephant seal tour in ano nuevo. I laughed when I saw the "deluxe" campgrounds, since it looked like a giant parking lot. Costanoa was the perfect place to stop, hide out from the world & explore. I stayed in a Lodge room - very comfortable, good bed, clean and had a really nice deck (perfect for morning coffee and watching the marine fog roll across the hills). Pine Tent is our seasonal destination for open air, fast casual dining located in the center of the property. Pine Tent features an open kitchen and a covered bar surrounded by the large outdoor deck with frequent live music.
