Spokane civic theatre - The Idaho Central Spokane Valley Performing Arts Center (ICSVPAC) publicly announced plans to build a multi-million state-of-the-art performing arts center. The 59,000 square foot facility will house a 463-seat Main Stage Theatre, a 220-seat flexible Studio Theatre, an Acting Conservatory for area youth, as well as event/business meeting space.
